摘　　要：企业动态联盟风险的转移是企业动态联盟风险管理中不可缺少的组成部分,但至今对其的研究还很罕见,本文在对动态联盟风险的评价和分析的基础上,对动态联盟风险转移机制的适用范围,作用机理和转移方式都作了详细的介绍,是动态联盟风险管理的一项重要的补充。The risk transformation mechanism of enterprise dynamic alliance is an indispensable component in dynamic alliance′s risk management, but the study on it is still very rare so far. Based on evaluation and analysis on dynamic alliance′s risk, this article elaborates the scope of application, function mechanism and shift methods of the risk transformation mechanism, so as to offer an important supplement to the dynamic alliance′s risk management.
