摘　　要：文章从法制的角度分析了我国集体林产权问题，介绍了林业发达国家发展集体林、私有林产权制度的基本经验，结合我国集体林的具体林情，阐述了在市场经济条件下，进一步完善我国集体林产权法律制度的相关问题。The paper analyses some issues about the collective-owned forest property right in China from the angle of legality. And then it introduces the basic experience in the system of the coUective-owned and private-owned forest property right in forest-developed countries. And in combination with the concrete forestry situation in China＇s coUective-owned forest, it expounds some related issues on how to improve or perfect the legal system of the coUective-owned forest property right in country under the conditions of market economy.
