摘　　要：介绍了由Marx发生器、油介质Blumlein脉冲形成线和真空二极管3部分构成的Spark-05强流电子束加速器的设计和基本参数。Marx发生器为18级Z型结构,设计输出电压1 MV;Blumlein线阻抗约50Ω,设计在匹配负载上输出1 MV脉冲,半高宽度35 ns;真空二极管界面绝缘子采用径向绝缘结构,通过调整屏蔽环形状有效控制了真空界面上沿面场强和三结合点处场强,同时给出了PSpice电路仿真和典型实验结果。High current electron beam accelerator Spark-05 accelerator is consisting of a Marx generator, an oil Blumlein forming line and a vacuum diode. The built Marx generator is of 18 stage, Z-type, with typical output of 1 MV voltage. The impedance of the Blumlein line is 50 Ω, and it outputs a pulse of 1 MV, 35 ns FWHM. Disk type oil-vacuum interface is used, and by adjusting the shielding rings, the electric field along the insulator and the triple junction is well controlled. PSpice circuit simulation and typical experimental results are also presented.
