摘 要:基于电磁感应定律讨论感应线圈炮的工作原理后建立了等效电路模型。用McKinney法详细分析电枢受力并进行有限元仿真分析的结果表明:电枢轴、径向受力不均匀,尾部的径向压力较大,易使电枢变形;电枢初始位置对抛体出口速度影响较大,故实用中应增强电枢强度、合理选择电枢的初始位置。The operating principle of inductive coil gun is discussed based on the law of electromagnetic induction, and its equivalent circuit model is introduced. Using the McKinney analytic method, the force acting on the armature is analyzed in detail. Then the finite element method simulation is performed: BOth the theoretical analysis and the simulation results reveal that the deformation of armature occurs because of non-uniform distributions of axial pressure and radial thrust, and the.muzzle velocity of armature is affected seriously by its initial position. In engineering project, the reinforcement of mechanical strength of armature and the appropriate initial position are beneficial to the improvement of the launchers performance.
