摘 要:为了降低开关器件开关的频率和损耗,采用相移采样SVPWM技术并根据减小最大开关电流的原则,提出了根据负载电流的相位动态调整各个变流器单元注入的零序分量,使不开关区间尽可能接近负载电流最大的区间的方法以降低各开关器件的最大开关电流,减小组合变流器的开关损耗。理论分析和PSCAD/EMTDC数字仿真证明所提方案正确有效。Both switching losses and switching frequency of power electric devices have great impacts on the converters for high voltage and high power applications. In order to reduce switching losses and switching frequency, the technique of phase-shifted sampling SVPWM which is the combination of the technique of space vector PWM ( SVPWM) and the technique of carrier phade-shifted SPWM (CPS-PWM) is adopted in this paper. In addition, a method to choose the null vectors dynamically according to the power factor angle of the load is also proposed. Thus, the positions of non-switching sectors can be selected close to the position of the maximum current of the load and the maximum switching current can be reduced effectively. Then, the minimum switching losses of the multi-modular converter are achieved. Simulation results realized by PSCAD/EMTDC show the validity of the proposed approach.
