摘  要:合成和表征了稀土甘氨酸丙氨酸配合物和稀土三氯醋酸盐与8-羟基喹啉配合物,并将两类配合物分别配制成一定浓度溶液,利用平板滤纸条法测定其抑菌作用,并与稀土离子和配体进行对照.结果表明:稀土多元配合物的抑菌作用优于单独的稀土盐和配体,抑菌活性随浓度增大而增强,热稳定性好,抑菌效果持久,其中稀土三氯醋酸镧盐和铈盐与8-羟基喹啉配合物在温度为37℃,pH值为中性,浓度为0.002mol.L-1条件下,对紫色红曲霉的抑菌圈直径分别为21.0mm和28.7mm,大于20.0mm,抑菌性能明显强于稀土甘氨酸丙氨酸配合物,有较理想的抑菌作用.Two kinds of mixed complex of rare earth trichloroacetic acid salts with 8-hydroxyquionoline and rare earth hydrochloric acid salts with glycine and alanine were synthesized and characterized. Their solutions were compound to a certain concentration respectively, then the bacteriostastic activities of them were experimented using the fiat filter paper method and several conclusions achieved by being compared to the single rare earth salts and their coordinate compounds: the bacteriostastic activities of the mixed complexes of rare earth are better than that of single rare earth salts and their coordinate compounds; the bacteriostastic activities boost up with the increase of the concentration of complexes; their thermo-stability is better; their bacteriostastic effect lasts longer and the bacteriostastic activities of the mixed complexes of rare earth trichloroacetic acid salts with 8-hydroxyquionoline obviously exceed the mixed complexes of rare far as the bacteriostastic effect to monascus is concerned, earth hydrochloric acid salts with glycine and alanine; as under the conditions as follows: at 37 ℃, with pH value of 7.0 and the concentration of 0. 002mol·L^- 1, the diameter of bacteriostastic circle of the complex of rare earth La - trichloroacetic acid salts with 8-hydroxyquionoline and the complex of Ce-trichloroacetic acid salts with 8-hydroxyquionoline is 21.0mm and 28.7mm, which is up to 20.0 mm, among which the complex of with 8-hydroxyquionoline perform the best.
