摘　　要：对身份证识别系统中的字符分割技术进行了深入的研究,阐述了倾斜校正、行切割、小波降噪、单字符分割等算法,实验证明,文中方法对退化的身份证图像具有很好的字符分割能力。In this paper, The segamentation algorithm of the characters in the Id card based on the connectivity of the characters is studied. Algorithm of line segamentation, incline correction, wavelet denoising, singal character segamentation operations are introduced. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is robust in poor ID card image.
