摘　　要：目的探讨病毒性脑炎的早期临床诊断和治疗。方法对38例病毒性脑炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究分析。结果病毒性脑炎早期主要临床表现以发热(占94.74%)、头痛(占92.11%)、精神症状(占47.37%)为主。脑电图异常率73.68%。结论病毒性脑炎的早期诊断主要依赖临床表现、脑电图检查、脑脊液检查及头颅CT或MRI检查。一旦考虑病毒性脑炎,宜尽早抗病毒治疗,治疗时间以临床症状改善为标准。Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of viral encephalitis. Methods Retrospective analysiswas made to 38 cases of viral encephalitis. Results High fever （94.74%）, headache （92.11%）, altered mental status （47.37%） were the major clinical findings.EEG abnormality was 73.68%. Conclusion The early diagnoses of viral encephalitis were based on the clinical features, EEG, CSF abnormality and brain CT or MRI scan.It is suggested that acyclovir should he given when viral encephalitis is suspected.
