摘　　要：犯罪统计失真主要由隐案未报、统计人员业务素质差、犯罪统计主体有意造假以及法律上存在漏洞等多种因素造成。必须相应地采取措施,综合治理,才能有效解决犯罪统计真实性问题。The cause of the lack fidelity about the criminal statistics has including, the case didntt report, the statistics personnel diathesis doesn＇t good, the criminal statistics subject cook accounts, the law exists lack and so on. We should take some measures and settle it.
