维多利亚蓝B的极谱行为的研究

摘　　要：维多利亚蓝B(VBB)在pH=4．2的甲酸——甲酸钠缓冲溶液中能得到良好的单扫极谱吸附波。其一阶导数波高 ip与浓度在1．0x10-7mol／L-2．0×10-5mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系。可利用该波对染料中的VBB含量进行分析测定。研究得到该极谱波是VBB的二电子二H+还原电极过程形成。The single sweeping polarography adsorptive wave of Victoria Blue B was got in HCOOH-HCOONa buffer solution and pH4.2 .The peak height ip of one step of derivatives and the concentration has desired linear relationships in the range of 1.0× 10^-1mol/L to 2.0×10^-5 mol/L. The amount of VBB in dyestuffs may be determined by using the polarography wave. Our investigation indicates that the polarography wave is formed by reduction electrode reaction of Victoria Blue B to add two electrons and two H^＋.
