摘  要:对煤系黄铁矿的表面特性进行了理论分析,并测定了煤及煤系黄铁矿的磁化率。结果表明,煤系黄铁矿表面富碳,但它与煤的磁性相反,煤呈逆磁性,黄铁矿呈顺磁性,为HGMS煤脱硫提供了理论依据。在此基础上,利用CHG-10型高梯度磁选机进行了细粒煤脱硫实验,处理南桐—0.3mm高硫煤,取得了精煤产率65%,脱硫率60%以上的较好效果。Theoretical analysis for the surface properties of coal-pyrite and mass susceptibilities of different kinds of coal-pyrite crystal forms and coats are studied. The result show that carbon is rich on the surface of coal-pyrite. Magnetic characteristics of coal-pyrite is opposite to that of coal which is diamagnetic fossil, The above results can be used as a theortical bases for HGMS coal desulfurization. Further, desulfurization tets of fine coal have been done using CHG-10 HGMS in the laboratory. The clean coal with desulfurization rate 80% and yield 85% has been obtained for-0. 3 mm Nantong high sulfur coal.
