摘　　要：邓小平理论中蕴含丰富的人才强国战略思想,而育才思想是邓小平人才强国战略思想的重要组成部分。其育才思想主要体现在人才标准建构、人才基地建设和人才队伍打造三大方面,三者相辅相成,共同构成邓小平育才思想的有机整体。Deng Xiaoping Theory contains rich strategy of invigorating China through human resource development, in which the thinking of training talent is one of the main parts. The thinking of training talent is mainly revealed in building talent standard, talent base and talent ranks. The three of the above supplement each other, and they make up an organic whole of Deng Xiaoping＇ s thinking of training talent.
