摘　　要：目的对我国现行病案管理信息系统进行分析评价。方法对现行病案管理信息系统在实际应用中存在的主要问题进行系统分析,并提出相应解决策略。结果研究发现病案管理信息系统中存在开发功能不完善、信息交流封闭、安全措施差等诸多问题,这些问题可以通过加快制度建设,提高管理水平,完善系统软件,引进先进技术提高监督和控制质量,充分利用现有技术保证系统安全运行等方法加以解决。结论应加大病案管理信息系统的开发管理工作。Objective To analyze and evaluate the MRMS （Medical Records Management System） in China. Methods To analyze the main problems of MRMS. Results Undeveloped function, occulted information exchange ,low security and many other problems in current MRMS are found and studied. Many methods can be used to resolve these problems, such as fastening system establishment, enhancing management level, modifying system of software, introducing advanced technique, promoting and controlling quality and making use of the current technique to ensure the security of system. Conclusion It is necessary to develop the MRMS in China.
