摘　　要：目的对某二级医院1998—2002年医疗工作质量进行综合评价。方法采用TOPSIS法和RSR法相结合进行统计分析。结果医疗质量呈逐年上升趋势。1998年、1999年为一般;2000年、2001年为良;2002年为优。结论本文应用TOPSIS法对评价对象进行排序,又结合RSR法对排序结果进行优劣分档,使医疗质量评价更合理、更科学。Objective To make comprehensive evaluation on a district centre hospital work quality between 1998 and 2002. Methods TOPSIS combined RSR methods was adopted. Results The hospital work quality improved gradually along with the time. It was common from 1998 to 1999 and then good from 2000 to 2001 and excellent in 2002. Conclusion By using TOPSIS arrangememt and RSR graduation to analyze statistical objects, it would make the result to be more rea- sonable.
