摘 要:研究了超细石灰石粉单掺及其与钛矿渣粉复掺对混凝土工作性能及抗压强度的影响.研究表明,当超细石灰石粉单掺量为5%~30%(质量分数,下同)以及复合掺和料掺量为20%~40%时,均可改善混凝土的和易性,减少混凝土的坍落度损失;当单掺10%的超细石灰石粉时,混凝土3 d抗压强度达到95.4 MPa,且后期发展良好;当超细石灰石粉与钛矿渣粉复掺时,复合掺和料置换水泥量能达到40%,水泥用量减小到348 kg/m3,而相应混凝土能达到超高强混凝土的技术性能水平.The workability and compressive strength of concrete containing super-fine limestone powder and titanium slag powder were studied. It can be proved that workability is improved and slump-loss with time is reduced when the amount of super-fine limestone powder is 5%-30%,and the compound additives of super-fine limestone powder and titanium slag powder is 20%-40%. Compressive strength of concrete with 10% super-fine limestone powder is as high as 95.4MPa at 3 d age, and the strength develops well at the later age. The super high strength is achieved successfully where 40 % of cement can be replaced with super-fine limestone powder and titanium slag powder, and cement consumption is reduced to 348 kg/m^3.
