摘 要:用分子筛/高聚物悬浮液挥发法和分子筛/高聚物热熔法制备了两种分子筛/高聚物修饰电极,通过循环伏安法,考察了所制备电极修饰层的牢度和寿命,尤其是在反应条件下,修饰层的耐久性以及在修饰层中的分子物种的电响应的稳定性.结果显示,修饰层的牢度和寿命依赖于如下因素:修饰层中的高聚物种类、修饰层所使用的溶剂环境、修饰层中的分子筛粒子的大小、修饰层中分子筛与高聚物的比例。Two kinds of zeolite/polymer modified electrodes have been prepared with two methods, i.e. zeolite/polymer suspensions and zeolite/polymer meltings. By using cyclic voltammetry, we have surveyed the stability of the modifying layers, especially under reactive conditions, both in terms of the endurance of its immobilization to the electrode and in terms of chemical stability of the molecular species comprising the modifying layers. We conclude that the durability of the zeolite modifying layers is affected by the polymer, solvent, the size of zeolite particles, the ratio of zeolite to polymer in the layers, the temperature of the bulk solution and the relative motions between the electrode and bulk solution.
