摘  要:将前苏联ЛЭ380 2型给水泵由半容量增容改造为全容量后,转子刚度相对降低,再循环流量偏小,摩擦付抗咬合性能差,造成泵组在运行不到一个大修周期便出现轴瓦振动超标缺陷。转子热装改造、再循环流量孔板校正、改进摩擦付材质、增加平衡盘平衡能力、提高入口导流器导流能力后改善了全容量给水泵轴瓦振动特性。After alternating ,ЛЗ380 - 2 feed - water pump of Soviet Union from the half capability to the whole capability, the rigidity of rotators reduced, recircling flow rate was small, the friction anti - snap capability was bad, so as to the bearing vibration of the pumps was overproof during one overhaul period. Through rotator reformed, performing plate corrected, the balancing capability of balancers enhanced, the dredge capability of drain valve increased, the vibration characteristics of whole capability feed - water pump bearing were improved.
