摘 要:为了采用紫外分光光度(UV)法测定替硝唑(tinidazole)-聚癸二酸酐缓释片剂的含量,并研究其释药特性,利用替硝唑在317 nm处有最大吸收、空白辅料无干扰进行研究,结果发现替硝唑质量浓度在5.0~100.0 μg·mL-1范围内,含量与吸光度之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 68);样品的平均回收率为(99.94±1.54)%,RSD为1.54%(n=3).释药结果表明,聚癸二酸酐对替硝唑的释放均呈一级释放动力学特征,回归系数R为96.2%,回归结果为Y=9.102 92+34.959 58 t-3.274 58 t2.结果表明该方法灵敏、专属、准确、操作简便,可用于替硝唑缓释片剂的含量测定.This is to develop a UV method for the determination of tinidazole-poly(sebacic anhydride) tablets, and study the drug release characteristic of the tablets. Because tinidazole was determined at 317nm and blank supplements had little interference,it is found that the calibration curve was linear (r=0. 999 68) in the range of 5.0~100. 0μg· mL^-1 for tinidazole, the mean recovery being (99. 94±1.54)%, with RSD of 1.54% (n=3) . The results of drug release demonstrated that the tinidazole-poly(sebacic anhydride) tablets followed first order release kinetics, the regression parameter was 96.2%, the regression equation was Y=9. 102 92+34. 959 58 t=3.274 58t^2. As a result, it indicated that the method is sensitive, specific, accurate, simple and suitable for the determination of tinidazole preparations.
