摘  要:根据埋弧焊烧结焊剂中各组分的作用,利用“配方均匀设计”,提出一组配方;通过测试各个配方的熔化特性,选择其中处于合理范围的配方。经过焊接工艺性能和焊缝金属力学性能测试,最终确定最优配方。实验表明:采用这种方法研制烧结焊剂试验数量小,具有快速高效的优点,极大地缩短了研制时间,降低了研制费用,具有良好的实用价值。According to the action of the component in sintered flux, a group formulations were put forward by using “the uniform design of the formulation”. The melting behavior of each formulation was tested and the rational formulation was chosen. The optimum prescription was finally determined by the property tests of the welding process and weld metal. The results showed that the experiment quantity by this method to develop the sintered flux was small, which had the fast high - efficient advantage, shortened manufacturing time greatly, saved the development expenses and had the good practical value.
