摘　　要：本文指出了民族经济立法的重要性,并对民族经济立法的民族经济利益、民主性与合法性等原则进行了分析,同时剖析了当前民族经济立法工作中存在的不足,提出了参考性的建议。This article points out the importance of the ethnic economic legislation. At the same time, it analyses the principle of the ethnic economic legislation, such as economic profits of ethnic and democracy and legality. Thence, it analyses the deficiency of the current ethnic economic legislation and offers some advice.
