摘  要:在不同盐浓度下,对枸杞幼苗叶片中的H2O2含量、O2.-产生速率及保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性进行了测定.结果表明:随着盐浓度的升高,H2O2含量和O2.-产生速率呈上升趋势;保护酶SOD、CAT活性在盐浓度0.3%时与对照相比升高,随后下降,但其活性始终高于对照;随着胁迫时间的延长,H2O2含量和O2.-产生速率出现先升后降的趋势,保护酶POD活性呈现逐渐升高的趋势,SOD和CAT活性下降.由此说明,保护酶是通过提高酶活性来增强保护功能的,同时也说明植物体内活性氧的清除需要整个防御系统包括一些酶促和非酶促物质的共同协调作用.Variations of active oxygen H2O2 content and O2^·- product rate and activities of cell defense enzymes in leaves of Lycium barbarum seedling were measured under NaCl stress. The results showed that H2 O2 content and O2^·- Product rate decreased with the salt concentration increasing, while the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) were greatly increased at 0.3% salt concentration than that of control, and then they decreased. But the activities of these enzymes were higher than that of control. With the stress time increasing, H2O2 contents and O2^·- product rate increased to a certain degree and then decreased, and peroxides (POD) activity increased while the activities of SOD and CAT decreased. All these indicated that cell defense enzymes enhanced their function through increasing their activities; meanwhile, in order to eliminate toxic active oxygen there should be an harmonious protective enzyme system existed in the inside of plant cell.
