Bard穿刺枪经皮肾活检效能和并发症研究

摘　　要：目的分析使用Bard自动活检枪肾穿刺获取肾组织质量和患者出现并发症的情况。方法对68例肾穿刺活检病例的穿刺标本质量和临床并发症进行回顾性分析。结果均行两次穿刺,穿刺成功率100％,标本长度平均 (10．2±6．4)mm,肾小球数平均(18±1．7)个。肉眼血尿1例(1．47％);明显腰痛2例(2．94％);镜下血尿31例 (45．59％);轻微肾包膜下血肿1例(1．47％)。结论在B超引导下,采用Bard自动活检枪穿刺获取的肾组织质量好,能满足病理检查需要,并发症发生率低,但穿刺后仍需密切观察至少24 h。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Bard automated biopsy gun in obtaining the renal tissue by percutaneous renal biopsy. Methods Sixty -eight cases ultrasound -guided renal biopsies performed with Bard Biopty Instrument were retrospective evaluated which including the adequate tissue for histologic diagnosis and the frequency of clinical complications. Results In all patients successful biopsy was done. Total number of attempts were twice. The average core length of renal tissue obtained was Mean ＋/-SD （10.2 ＋/-6.4） mm with a mean number of glomeruli per core Mean ＋/-SD （18 ＋/-1.7）. The frequency of minor haematoma and macrohaematuria were 1.47%. No other major complication related to the procedure was seen. Conclusions The ultrasound - guided percutaneous renal biopsy with an Bard automated biopsy gun is safe and effective. Although the frequency of clinical complications was lower,it is better to observe the patients for 24 hours post -operatively for any complication. The ultrasound -guided percutaneous renal biopsy with an Bard automated biopsy gun is safe and effective.
