摘  要:目的:为准确检测和计算进入支气管动脉药液灌注率。方法:进行肺癌支气管动脉介入治疗的模拟实验。结果:为检测药液灌注率提出了一种科学合理的方案。结论:为肺癌介入治疗模拟研究的顺利进行提供了保障。Objective: To detect and calculate accurately the drug - perfusion ratio, while experimental liquid drug was injected into descending aorta near the entrance of bronchial artery intermittently with the cardiac cycle. Methods: Studying the drug perfusion into bronchial artery in interventional treatment of lung cancer was carried out. Results: A mock circulation system was established in this paper, and a method of detecting the drug - perfusion ratio accurately was also given. Conclusion: The experimental results show that it is effective to detect the perfusion ratio in a closed mock circulation system.
