摘 要:目的:观察叶酸、V itE对高同型半胱氨酸血症小鼠血脂及心、肝抗氧化酶活力的影响。方法:复制高同型半胱氨酸(homocyste ine Hcy)血症小鼠模型,腹腔注射叶酸、V itE、叶酸+V itE,测定血浆TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及心、肝SOD、GSH-PX活力。结果:Hcy增高小鼠血脂水平,TC、TG、LDL-C与对照组比较均升高;降低心、肝SOD、GSH-Px活力。叶酸、V itE可降低Hcy所致的血脂水平升高,提高Hcy所致的抗氧化酶活力下降,叶酸与V itE同时应用效果更佳。结论:叶酸+V itE显著降低高Hcy血症小鼠血脂水平,提高高Hcy血症小鼠抗氧化酶活力。Objective: To Study the effect of Folic acid (FA) and Vitamin E (VitE) on plasma Lipids and activity of SOD, GSH - Px in Hcy mice, and to find out the measurement to control cardiovascular disease. Methods: Intraperitoneal injection of homocysteine into mice induced hyperhomocysteinemia. The levels of plasma lipids and activity of SOD, GSH - Px were observed after intrapertoneal injection of Folic acid and Vitamin E into mice. Results: The contents of TC, TG and LDL - C in Hcy group increased by 27% ( P 〈 0.01) , 43% ( P 〈 0.01) , and 46% ( P 〈 0.01), compared with that of the control group , activity of SOD, GSH - Px in heart decreased by 27% ( P 〈 0.01) , 23% ( P 〈 0.01), levels of TC, TGandLDL-C deceased by 19%(P〈0.01),19%(P〈0.05),33%(P〈0.05). Folic acid and Vitamin E can reduce the rising of plasma lipids, increase the falling of antioxidation induced by hyperhomocysteinemia, in FA + VitE + Hcy group. Activity of SOD, GSH - Px in heart increased by 28% ( P 〈 0.01), 22% ( P 〈 0.01), Compared with Hcy - group. Conclusion: FA + vitE obviously decreases the levels of plasma lipids in high Hcy - mice, increase the activity of antioxidation in heart and liver of high Hcy - mice.
