复方乳酸左氧氟沙星阴道栓的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方乳酸左氧氟沙星阴道栓对阴道各种炎症模型的对抗作用及不同剂量的疗效。方法:选各种造模成功的雌性家兔,连续阴道内给药7d,于给药2d-7d时取阴道分泌物做涂片检查,于末次给药24h处死动物做药理学检查。结果:复方乳酸左氧氟沙星阴道栓对白色念珠菌、毛滴虫等引起的阴道炎症均有明显抑制作用,与空白对照组比P<0.001。.结论:复方乳酸左氧氟沙星阴道栓能有效的消除阴道充血、水肿、糜烂、分泌物增多等病变,能明显缩短阴道细菌转阴时间。Objective： To observe the anti - reaction of compound levofloxacin lactate vaginal suppository to the vaginal inflammation in the models and its effects with different dosage. Methods： Various models of female rabbits were selected, and given the medicine 7d into the vagina; the secretion was taken out from their vaginas for smearing examination after 2d - 7d, and the animals were killed 24 hours after the last dosage, the vaginal tissues of which were taken out for pharmacological examination. Results： Compound levofloxacin lactate vaginal suppository had the evident effect on Vaginitis caused by Monilia albicans, tricbomnas miracidium, compared with the control group P 〈 O, 001, compared with the control group. Conclusion： Compound levofloxacin, lactate vaginal suppository can effectively eliminate the vaginal diseases such as vaginal congesting, swelling, erosion and the increase of vaginal secretion, and the time of vaginal bacteria to negative can be shortened.
