开封及郑州地区淋病治疗方案的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨淋病治疗方案。方法:选取400例淋病患者,测定菌株对抗生素的敏感性,并用不同药物对400例患者分组治疗,对治疗结果进行统计学分析。结果:本治疗方案优于部颁方案(P<0.005)。结论:开封及郑州地区治疗淋病宜选用①头孢三嗪;②头孢三嗪+氧氟沙星;③氧氟沙星+大观霉素。Objective： To explore the treatment for Gonorrhea. Methods： 400 cases of Gonorrhea were selected. Before the treatment the germs＂ sensibility to antibiotics was determined. Then the patients were treated with different antibiotics, whose effects were statistically analyzed. Results： The remedy was superior to the approval ones by the authority （ P 〈 0. 005）. Conclusion： That Gonorrhea epidemic in Kaifeng and Zhengzhou should be treated with： ①ceftriaxone. ② ceftriaxone ＋ ofloxacin. ③ofloxacin ＋ spectinmycin.
