颌面外伤中应用鼻内镜处理上颌窦骨折的体会

摘　　要：目的观察应用鼻内镜处理颌面外伤中上颌窦骨折的疗效.方法对颌面外伤中85例合并上颌窦骨折病人在鼻内镜引导下进行复位治疗.结果 85例上颌窦骨折病人均一次准确复位,其中62例随访0.5～4年无并发症发生.结论鼻内镜处理颌面外伤中上颌窦骨折复位准确,窦腔功能的恢复及颌面部畸形的矫正满意.Objective To analyze the application of nasal endoscope for the treatment of maxillary sinus fracture. Methods Eighty-five cases of maxillary sinus fracture were treated through nasal endoscopic surgery. Results Maxillary sinus fracture patients were all cured after only one surgery. 62 patients were followed up for 0.5 to 4 years; no complication occurred. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is an effective approach for the treatment of maxillary sinus fracture, with accurate replacement and satisfied function recovery of reconstituted naso-maxillary sinus.
