移植自身扁桃体组织治疗萎缩性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的进一步探讨治疗萎缩性鼻炎的有效方法.方法 1997年8月～2003年10月,对23例萎缩性鼻炎病人,采用自身腭扁桃体组织在鼻腔底黏骨膜下进行植入填充治疗.结果对所有的病例进行0.5～3年的随访,总有效率达100%,其中21例效果明显,该疗法近期疗效显著,远期疗效巩固,无并发症.结论采用自身腭扁桃体组织行鼻腔黏骨膜下植入是治疗萎缩性鼻炎一种较理想的方法,值得临床推广.Objective To explore a better method for treatment of atrophic rhinitis. Methods Twenty-three patients with atrophic rhinitis between August 1997 and October 2003 were treated by transplantation of patients＇ own tonsil tissues beneath mucosa-periosteum of nasal cavity. Results After surgery all patients were followed up for 0.5 to 3 years All patients had satisfying results, with 21 cases showing prominent effect. No complications were found. Conclusion Transplantation of patients＇ own tonsil tissues beneath mucosa-periosteum of nasal cavity is an effective method for treatment of atrophic rhinitis.
