群体人力资本对国有企业制度创新的启示

摘　　要：人力资本主要指凝结在人体中的知识和技能,人力资本存在形态有:个体人力资本和群体人力资本。企业中群体人力资本使得个体人力资本的价值提升、收益提高和风险降低,国有企业制度创新应重视群体人力资本的制度保障机制、核心竞争力的形成及其与个体人力资本的协同合作。Manpower capital coagulates in the human being＇s knowledge and skill. There have been forms in manpower capital： individual manpower capital and colony manpower capital. Colony manpower capital in the enterprises upgrades the value, boosts the income and debases the risk of individual manpower capital. Therefore, State - owned enterprises system innovation should attach importance to build up system guarantee mechanism and nuclear competition of colony manpower capital and cooperate with individual manpower capital.
