摘　　要：体育仲裁作为一种解决竞技体育纠纷和提供权利救济的手段,属于社会管理的特殊形式。构建中国体育仲裁法律制度,应该先研究它的目标,阐述了实现我国体育仲裁基本目标和特色目标的基本要求。As a solution to the competitive sports disputes and a means of providing right, sports arbitration is a special type of social management. In order to establish the China sports arbitration system, this paper expatiate ons the basic goals of China sports arbitration.
