摘　　要：抗日战争时期,毛泽东面对纷繁复杂的国内国际局势,深刻洞悉和把握国内外形势,提出了具有远见卓识的对美外交政策,既不因政治制度和意识形态等方面的差异而放弃联美抗日,争取了美国对中共抗战的同情和支持,扩大了中共及其领导的抗日根据地的影响,又坚持原则,敢于斗争,对美国扶蒋反共的政策予以揭露的打击,坚持独立自主的外交政策,还极具远见地提出了战后吸引外资、扩大与美国在经济上交流和合作的大胆设想。During anti - Japanese war, MAO Ze - dong was in the face of the numerous and complicated domestic international situation. He knew the domestic and international situation clearly and hold deeply, had proposed the farsighted one to the American foreign policy. It had not already given up uniting America and resisting against Japan because of difference in such respects as political system and ideology, etc. It had strived for the sympathy and support to the war of resistance of the Communist Party of China, has expanded the influence of the anti - Japanese base area. In a foresight, it adhered to principles, dare struggle and expand in economically bold imagination of exchange and cooperation with America.
