Apofix椎板钩在齿状突骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用ApoFix椎板钩在齿状突骨折治疗中的应用.方法:采用Apofix椎板钩治疗新鲜齿状突骨折(AdersonⅡ型)17例,陈旧性骨折1例,均伴有寰枢椎不稳,并有不同程度的枕颈部疼痛,活动受限.术前行颅骨牵引,使用ApoFix椎板钩作寰枢椎内固定并植骨.结果:术后随访3～24个月,齿状突骨性愈合,寰枢椎复位并融合,无脱钩及断管.结论:使用Apofix椎板钩手术,操作简单,寰枢椎复位佳,固定可靠,是一种较理想的方法.Objective：To investigate the value of applying internal fixation of Apofix tehcnigue to treatment of odontoid facture. Methods：Included in this study were 25 cases of atlantoaxial unstabitity treated. Apofix technigue was used to treat 17 cases of fresh odontoid fracture and 1 case of old odontoid fracutre. Skull traction was performed in each patient preoperatively. Results：After three to twenty - four months of follow - up survey, the healing of odontoid fracture and reduction fusion of atlas were found,and no internal fixation rupture ocurred. Conclusion：It is a perfect method to treat odontoid fracture with internal fixation of Apofix technique.
