福莫特罗治疗哮喘急性发作临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解富马酸福莫特罗在儿童中、重度哮喘急性发作中的作用.方法以盐酸丙卡特罗为对照,观察5～10岁哮喘患儿服药起效时间、持续时间、有效性和安全性.结果 57例中、重度哮喘急性发作儿童口服富马酸福莫特罗后2h症状体征的改善情况、呼吸峰流速值改善情况、1周后夜间睡眠改善情况优于对照组,两组差异有意义,12h症状体征的改善、呼吸峰流速值改善情况、总体疗效与对照组之间无显著差异,未发现明显不良反应.结论富马酸福莫特罗和盐酸丙卡特罗在疗效及副作用方面一致,其起效时间明显快于盐酸丙卡特罗,对夜间睡眠改善情况明显优于盐酸丙卡特罗,对儿童中重度哮喘急性发作具有较好的疗效.OBJECTIVE To study the effect on the child＇s medium or serious athma acutely breaking out treated by Formoterol Fumarate. METHODS Taking Procaterol Hydrochloride as contrast, we oberve the effective time,the time of duraion,effectiveness and the safety for the child＇s asthma age from 5 to 10. RESULTS In the 89 case of the child＇s medium or serious asthma acutely breaking out, orally taking Formoterol Fumarate, 2 hours later,the symptom modified condition,the expiration peak flow velouty and the sleep in the evening 1 weeks late of the treatment group is better than the contrast group. There are distinct difference between the two groups. 12 hours later,there are no distinct difference of the symptom, the expiration peak flow velouty,the total effective rate between the two groups,No evident side-elect of the medicmes has been found. CONCLUSION The effect and side-effect of the Formoterol Fumarate is similiar with the Procaterol Hydrochloride,but its effective time is much quicker than the Procaterol Hydrochloride＇s,and its effect on the sleep in the evening is much better than the Procaterol Hydrochloride＇s So it has better effect on the child＇s medium of serious asthma acutely breaking out.
