摘　　要：生物柴油是一种新的生物质可再生能源,也是一种“安全、清洁、高效”的能源。作者就国内外生物柴油研究发展状况进行了概述,指出我国生物柴油发展以满足国家重大战略需求为目标,以国内现有工作为基础,以国际合作和自主创新相结合的方式,开展燃料油植物研究与创新体系研究。建议从中国的国情出发,加大扶持力度并制定相关激励政策,走有中国特色的生物柴油发展道路。并对我国生物柴油发展战略目标和步骤进行了探讨。The biodiesel is a kind of new biomass regenerated energy, and a kind of“safe, clean, high-efficient” energy.The developing state of biodiesel in domestic and overseas was summarized, and the development of biodiesel of China should meet the national great strategic de mand, should found on domestic existing research, should comabine autonomous innovation with international cooperation, and should promote the research of fuel oil plant and the research of and innovative system. Based on the national conditions, the government should devote more efforts for supporting, should make relevant incentive policies and take Chinese characteristics development path for biodiesel. The developmental strategic objective and steps of biodiesel of China have been proposed.
