摘　　要：静止式电能表常数的选取,对电能表生产厂家和检测单位都很重要,常数过低或过高都会影响计量芯片推荐的设计最佳参数,直接影响电能表的性能,而常数大,检测时间短;常数小,检测时间长。分析了静止式电能表常数与启动、潜动试验的关系。The selection of the constant value of static electric energy meter is critical not only for the manufacturer but also for the test utility. The optimized design parameter of the measuring chip and the performance of the electric energy meter will be directly influenced by too high or too low value of the constant. In this article, the relationship between the constant value of static electric energy meter and the actuation and false actuation tests was analyzed.
