摘　　要：结合鄂州发电有限责任公司进口W型火焰锅炉BMS的实际情况,针对其存在的问题,从加快锅炉启动速度、保证锅炉安全稳定运行、减少燃油消耗的角度出发,提出了磨煤机逻辑优化等改进方案,取得了很好的效果,为同类型锅炉的改造提供了参考。Combining with the actual situation and in the light of its extstmg problems of BMS aoout imported “W” type flame boiler in Ezhou power plant,as viewed from accelerating boiler＇s starting speed,ensuring boiler＇s safe and stable running, and reducing oil consumption, the improvement is raised, such as optimizing pulverizer logic, etc. This improvement results in good effect and will provide reference for similar boiler to improve.
