摘　　要：简要介绍了某厂安装的北重B25-8.83/0.981型汽轮机电调改造情况,对机组启动调试过程中调节保安系统出现的故障进行了分析,并对小型汽轮机的电调改造进行了总结,以供其它机组电调改造时参考借鉴。The retrofit of DEH for B25-8.83/0. 981 type steam turbine in a power plant was briefly introduced. The failure of DEH during the commissioning process of the generators was analyzed and the summary of the retrofit of DEH was presented in order to provide a reference for the retrofit of DEH to other turbines.
