摘　　要：中国加快东北老工业基地振兴进程,为实现中俄两国经贸合作战略升级提供了历史机遇.在这一历史机遇面前,中俄双方既要认定东北老工业基地与俄罗斯开展经贸合作的区域优势,也要看清其中的消极因素,排除不利于双方经贸合作的现实障碍,寻找切实可行的途径.China has quickened the process of revitalizing its old industrial base in Northeast China, providing a historical opportunity to realize the strategic upgrading in economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia. In the face of this historical opportunity, both China and Russia should, on the one hand, firmly believe the regional advantages in expanding economic and trade cooperation between the two countries in the old industrial base in Northeast China, and on the other hand, get a clear understanding of some of the negative elements in that cooperation. In so doing, those real obstacles unfavorable to that cooperation can be cleared away and a practical and feasible way can be found.
