摘　　要：过线式编织机是一种用于对冷喂料挤出成型胶管进行内层增强层施工的主要设备,现急需研制我国自主生产具有现代生产能力的编制机。该编织机是在RB-2旋转式编织机的基础上进行原理性突破的创新设计。详细论述了编织机行星齿轮机构的参数及结构设计,并考虑了行星齿轮间的均载问题,为同类设备的设计打下了良好的基础。The string-passing braider is the main equipment to strengthen the inside layer of the rubber piper formed by squeezing out the gum. It is urgent to study and produce the braider with modern productivity in China. This braider is a theoretical breakthrough in design based on the RB -2 revolving braider. In order to pave the way for the design of similar products, the parameter and the structure design of the planet gear of this braider are elaborated, and the balance between the planetary gears is also analyzed.
