摘　　要：随着我国图书馆事业的不断深入发展,高校图书馆在学校教学、学科建设和科研工作中的地位和作用愈加显著,而图书馆办公室的协调工作,在图书馆整体工作中起着举足轻重的作用。从协调工作的意义、种类、方法和提高协调工作能力的途径等方面入手,分析和探讨了高校图书馆办公室协调工作的重要性。With an in-depth development of the library cause in our country, it is obvious that the university library will play a key role in teaching, disciplinary construction and scientific research, Meanwhile, the coordination work in the library office holds the balance of the whole library work. The importance of this coordination work is discussed from four aspects including the meaning, the classification, the method of coordination work and the way of enhancing the coordinating capacity.
