摘　　要：介绍通用考试系统的开放题库设计思想与方法,分析组卷中随机抽题算法,探讨题库文件的加密、解密算法并给出用VFP实现的源程序。The design thought and means is introduced about the General Examination System on opening test library, the algorithm of random question selection in generating paper is analyzed , Meanwhile it＇s explored about the algorithm of test library file enerypt ＆ decrypt and source program by VFP is given out,
