摘　　要：研究了以2-乙酰呋喃为起始原料先合成中间体2-氧代-2呋喃基乙酸,再与甲氧胺盐酸盐肟化制备2-甲氧亚胺-2-呋喃乙酸的合成新工艺,该工艺产品总收率44%以上。利用红外光谱、核磁共振谱对产品结构进行了确定。2 - Furanyloxoacetic acid is the medium prepared from 2 - acetoxytetrahydrofuran. The subject 2 - methoxyimino - 2 - furylacetic acid is synthesized by oximation from 2 - furanyloxoacetic acid and methoxylaminehydrochloride. The overall yield of target compound can reach 44 %. The structure of the product is identified with IR, H- NMR and C- NMR.
