摘　　要：根据酯硬化水玻璃的实际使用情况,采用正交试验法,研究分析了水玻璃加入量、有机酯加入量及型砂水分含量对酯硬化水玻璃砂性能的影响,找到了最佳工艺参数。这将有助于合理和有效地应用有机酯水玻璃砂。Based on the application practice of ester-hardened sodium silicate sand and by adopting orthogonal experiment, the influences of sodium silicate addition amount, the organic ester addition amount and the moisture content of the sand mixture on properties of the ester-hardened sodium silicate sand were investigated and analyzed. As a result, the best process parameters were found out that will be helpful to reasonable and effective usage of ester-hardened sodium silicate sand.
