北京市海淀区2000～2004年麻疹流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的通过对北京市海淀区麻疹发病情况进行分析,掌握全区麻疹流行病学特征和发病规律,为制定和调整麻疹的防制措施提供科学依据.方法对北京市海淀区2000～2004年的麻疹病例进行描述流行病学分析.结果 北京市海淀区2000～2004年麻疹发病481例,年均发病率4.30/10万.流动人口发病率高于本市人口,城市地区和城乡结合部发病高于农村地区.2～5月是麻疹高发季节,发病数占前3位的职业是农民工、散居儿童和工人.发病年龄呈双峰型,＜1岁和20～34岁麻疹病例占总病例数的58.21%.男女发病比为1.93:1.结论北京市海淀区应以控制流动人口麻疹发病为重点,同时建议调整麻疹疫苗免疫程序,对育龄期妇女和外来务工人员需进行麻疹疫苗接种.Objective The epidemiological characters and tendences of measles are mastered by analyzing the incidence of inhabitants in District of Haidian of Beijing, in order to provide gist for measles control and prevention. Methods Measles cases were collected in Haidian District from 2000 to 2004 and epidemiological features were analyzed. Results The results showed that 481 measles cases were reported in Haidian District during 2000-2004, the highest incidence of measles （6.70/100 000） was in the year of 2000, the lowest incidence of measles （0.67/100 000） was in the year of 2004. The annual average incidence of measles was 4.14/100 000. The incidence of measles from 2000 to 2003 were at higher levels, but the incidence in 2004 was declined quickly, and the incidence in floating population was higher than in local people （X^2=372.436,P 〈 0.001） and the incidence in down town and suburb was higher than in countryside. The high incidence period was from February to May. We grouped measles cases by age,58.21% cases from two groups：under one year old and between twenty to thirty-four years old. Conclusion Monitoring more measles cases in the future, we could adjust measles＇ vaccination procedure scientifically. We should also conduct supplementary immunization for woman in breeding period and floating population.
