摘 要:为适应现代战争装备保障需求,提高装备供应效率,对装备供应网运行过程进行了研究。利用计算机网络、通信网络和GPS等战场可视化技术手段,对装备供应网供应过程中装备物资的位置、数量、状态等情况进行实时监控。通过分析可视化装备供应网运行过程中初始计划和修订计划的执行情况,对计划响应时间、偏差感应时间、计划决策时间的影响因素进行了研究。在此基础上,从人的因素、网络结构及运行、保障环境等不同的侧面,提出了提高装备供应网运行效率的基本途径。通过对可视化装备供应网运行过程的研究探讨,大大缩短了计划修订时间,提高了装备供应效率,基本上可以解决装备供应过程中存在的问题。The running process of visibility supply network for military equipment is introduced in order to satisfy modern warfare requirement and improve supplying efficiency. Using computer network, communication network, GPS and so on, the position, number and status of equipment and materials can be monitored. The influence factors of response time, deviation detected time and determination time are studied by analyzing execution of original plan and revised plan of running process of visibility supply network. Some factors such as personnel, structure and running method of network and support environment are provided to improve running efficiency. Then some problems in visibility supply network running process are solved to revise the plan in time and to shorten the time of determination and execution effectively.
