激素对兰引Ⅰ号草坪型狗牙根愈伤组织及器官形成的影响

摘　　要：对兰引Ⅰ号草坪型狗牙根茎段外植体进行了愈伤组织和器官形成的诱导。结果表明:MS+2,4-D 2mg/L可诱导其产生愈伤组织,诱导率达73%,MS+NAA 2mg/L 仅能诱导生根;这2种生长素与细胞分裂素6-BA(浓度0.5mg/L)的组合可诱导出大量的分蘖芽。The callus and organ differentiation of Lanying I turfgrass type C.dactylon were induced from its stem explants.It was showed that the MS medium plus 2mg/L 2,4-D is suitable to induce the callus with a percentage of 73% and the MS medium plus 2mg/L NAA only induced the root formation.Both of the 2,4-D and NAA combining 6-BA with a concentration of 0.5mg/L could induce numbers of tillering buds.
