摘 要:目的:建立以高效毛细管电泳法测定石榴皮提取物中鞣花酸含量的方法.方法:毛细管柱为未涂层毛细管,缓冲液为30mmol/L氨基丁三醇-30mmol/L磷酸二氢钾(20:9),分离电压为20kV,检测波长为254nm,柱温为25℃,进样条件为25mbar、5.0s.结果:鞣花酸检测浓度在0.0 398~0.3 184mg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9 993);平均加样回收率为97.42%(RSD=1.84%).结论:本方法准确、可靠,可用于石榴皮药材的质量控制.OBJECTIVE: To establish a method of high- performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) for content deterruination of ellafic acid in granati cortex.METHODS:The capillary pillar used in this study was capillary without smear layer, the buffer solution was 30mmol/L tromethamine- 30mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(20 : 9), the running voltage was 20kV, the wavelength of detection was 254nm, the column temperature was 25℃, and the sampling condition was 25mbar, 5.0s. RESULTS:The detected concentration of ellagic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area score in the range of 0.0 398- 0.3 184mg/ml( r = 0.9 993) . The average recovery rate was 97.42 % (RSD = 1.84 % ). CONCLUS ION : The present method is accurate and reliable,and it can be used for the quality control of granati cortex.
