高校图书馆员职业道德建设浅析——学习《中国图书馆员职业道德准则》的思考

摘　　要：高校图书馆员职业道德建设不但具有中国图书馆员职业道德建设的共性,而且又必须具有高校图书馆的特性。通过学习《中国图书馆员职业道德准则》,结合高校图书馆的特性,对高校图书馆员职业道德建设进行了分析:阐述了图书馆员职业道德的含义和高校图书馆员职业道德建设的重要意义;提出了高校图书馆员职业道德建设的主要内容以及主要途径。Developments of university librarian professional morals not only have the general feature of Chinese librarian professional morals, but also have the characteristic of the university library. By studying The Standard of Chinese Librarian Professional Morals, combining the characteristic of university library, developments of university librarian professional morals are analyzed. The meaning of the librarian professional morals and the important meaning of developments of university librarian professional morals are elaborated. The main contents and the main paths of developments of university librarian professional morals are put forward.
