摘 要:介绍大通量新型高效塔板-立体传质塔板CTST.该塔板与浮阀塔板相比:处理能力提高80%~100%,分离效率高10%~40%,操作弹性高1倍,压降低20%~30%.该塔板在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大连分公司的Ⅱ套常压蒸馏装置扩产改造中已经成功应用,在原塔外壳不变的条件下,仅用CTST塔板替换原有塔板,改造后加工能力由2.8Mt/a提高到5.1Mt/a.改造后装置各项指标均达到设计要求.The structure and operational performances of the combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST) is instruduced. The CTST has many advantages compared with the float tray, for example, the flux was increased by 80%-100%, the separating efficiency was increased by 10% -40%, the range of operation was 2 times and the column pressure drop was decreased by 20 % - 30 %, etc. In the capacity expansion revamping of the second atmospheric distillation units in PetroChina Company Limits Dalian Company, CTST trays in the case of its shell fixedness replaced old trays. As a result, capacity expansion revamping was increased from 2.8Mt/a to 5.1Mt/a. After revamping, various targets of the unit have reached the requirement of design.
