摘　　要：提出了用户变配电所微机监控装置的基本功能要求,分析了微机监控系统构成原理,阐述了用户经常采用的系统控制功能及其控制方法。The essential function requirements for the nficroprocessor-based monitoring device installed in the customer＇s substations are put forward. The structure and the working principles of the microprocessor-based monitoring system are analyzed, and the system control functions and methods which are usually used by customers are also recommended.
